Santino’s Second Choice is offering a 2021 custom-built food trailer that is fully equipped, well-maintained, and ready for immediate operation. This trailer was designed for efficiency, reliability, and high-volume service, making it perfect for festivals, pop-ups, catering, and everyday locations.
Trailer & Power Setup
The trailer measures 29.6 feet overall with a 24-foot kitchen space, providing plenty of room for cooking and prep. It operates on both gas and electricity and is powered by an Onan 12 kW generator, 50-amp shore power connection, and two exterior 100 lb propane tanks secured in a cabinet.
Climate, Safety & Build Quality
Built for comfort and compliance, the trailer includes front and rear air conditioning, insulated walls, stainless steel wall coverings, and diamond-plated non-slip aluminum flooring. Safety features include a 7-foot exhaust hood, 1500 CFM exhaust fan, fire extinguisher, and a Pyro-Chem PCL 350 professional fire suppression system.
Refrigeration & Storage
The kitchen is fully outfitted with an Arctic Air floor-to-ceiling refrigerator, Arctic Air upright freezer, Atosa deep freezer, and an E-Line undercounter slide-top cooler and prep table with sandwich/salad station. Built-in cabinets and an 8-foot stainless steel work table offer ample storage and prep space.
Cooking & Beverage Equipment
Cooking equipment includes a 4-burner gas stovetop, 2-level gas oven, 5-level gas convection oven, and a microwave. Beverage service includes a Bunn two-burner coffee machine with glass pots and an espresso machine.
Electrical & Lighting
The trailer features LED and boogie exterior lighting, fluorescent interior lighting, five interior outlets and one exterior outlet, and a 50-amp breaker panel capable of supporting all onboard equipment.
Plumbing & Water System
The plumbing system includes an on-demand hot water heater, hand-washing sink, triple sink, 30-gallon fresh water tank, and 50-gallon gray water tank, making the trailer fully self-contained and ready to operate.
Customer Service Features
Customers are served through a concession window with a fold-down exterior counter and a 3’ × 5’ electric awning, creating a smooth and professional service experience.
